• Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Eid or sale periods.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery will begin after verbal or written order confirmation.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver across Pakistan.
• Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time beyond the standard timeframe.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
