Return & Exchange Policy

At Civara, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Item: The product received is physically damaged, torn, or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  • Size Issue: The item delivered does not match the size specifications listed on the product page.

Returns outside of these conditions will not be accepted. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for a return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that do not meet your expectations, subject to the following terms:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Delivery charges for the exchange shipment are to be borne by the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the original item and the delivery of the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or incorrect items confirmed by our team. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs (for damaged items).
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
